Thank you to all the musicians and Buglers for attend the rehearsal in Shrewsbury today from all over the country. Your commitment is greatly appreciated.
We would especially thank: CO 8RIFLES and ECoy 8Rifles staff for allowing the use of the Army Reserve Centre; Musicians and Buglers from The Rifles Oxford Cadets Band and Buglers; and Tex Calton for all the preparations, Buffet and for keeping us all in check.
Our Bass section was enhanced by an great friend Michael “Boy” Bawden. Mike, it’s been brilliant to meet up with you again, thank you for your Support and we hope you will joins us again.
There are loads of photos taken during the day. Once I have received them I will post them on the website where you will able to download them.
A letter will be sent out shortly with the arrangements for the Light Infantry Reunion Weekend.
